Unusual cameo being wider rather then taller. We love the length wise unique shape with etched Sterling frame. The frame is not marked but test positive for at least 925 silver content. It is in excellent condition and measures 1 1/2" wide by 1 1/4" high. The prong settings in the back side could probably use a bit of tightening by a jeweler but as is there is no chance of the cameo coming loose from the frame.
