Handcrafted in 1998 of maple wood. Basket measures 5" high and 4" wide. Basket is in excellent condition with no cracks, broken weaves or discoloration. Has the cloth insert. Located on the bottom of basket is the company logo and stamp, as well as, the weavers signature and date made.

Another treasure from the Whiting & Davis line is this " gold coin mesh" design with the gold lamay style shoulder strap. This purse includes the Whiting & Davis label sewn into the lining. The purse lining has the Whiting & Davis trademark printed into the fabric as well as the Whiting & Davis gold fob that is attached on the outside zipper. The purse measures 6 " wide and 5 ½" high. The condition is mint new, as if it had just been purchased from the store.

The interior appears to be mint, with the "Whiting & Davis" label sewn into the inside along with the familiar stamping on the enclosure frame. Condition is near-mint.
