This is a great old whisky decanter with great personality! The clown is leaning on an old drum, and the head can swivel to face different directions. It is marked "Japan" most likely from 1950s-60s. It is 8.25" tall and 6.5" long and in good condition, with no cracks or chips. The hand painting is slightly irregular at the transition edges, which is normal with this type of pottery.
