This precious little blue eyed girl in pigtails is going to market for you. This could easily pass as a Hummel figurine because of the detail . Has the original label "going to market" still attached. She needs a good bath the home she was in did not take care of needs very well. I have cleaned some but she was covered in dirt. This is an older Kelvin figurine most likely from the 50's based upon the items at the estate it came from ( possibly even before that date).
