This 8" rimmed soup bowl is from the beautiful Hermosa pattern #3842 and is 1 1/2" in height. It consists of a decorative tan border and flowers in urns around the outer rim. The pattern was discontinued in 1933. I have eight of these bowls, all in excellent condition, and am offering them at a great price for your replacement needs. This set of 4 bowls is in MINT condition- no chips, cracks, crazing etc. The great thing about these is that they can go from the oven to the table to the dishwasher. They are also microwaveable. A really striking beautiful bowl. Measures 9.25" in diameter. Discontinued in 1988. MINT condition- this is very hard to find dish and goes with any set of pink dishes. It measures 9.5" x 6.75" x 4" (lid on). Epicure was designed by Don Schreckengost was introduced in January of 1955 as was the first trade journal advertisement. The captions in the advertising reads; "Epicure is an oven-proof, multi purpose, casual line of dinnerware and serving pieces in four color glazes - Snow White, Dawn Pink, Turquoise Blue and Charcoal Gray.
