You often see starched white collars for men but the patterned fabric ones are harder to come by. This soft collar is white with fine brown and blue stripes and must have been very fashionable in its time. The button holes in the points at the neck would accommodate the collar button and the one at the back of the collar was used to attach the collar to the shirt.
