These old kitchen tools are variations of wire whisks. One has a thin coiled wire wrapped around the heavier wire spoon shape. The coil is laced with a thinner wire. It has a twisted handle down the center. It measures about 9 ¾" long and the spoon portion measures about 3" wide. The second piece has a multiple purpose. I believe that this old kitchen tool was used on fish. The curved blade is sharp on both sides and can be used cut the fish for gutting.
