This beefy garden hose nozzle is made of brass and screws up and down to open and close the valve. The base section is marked DIAMOND Pat's and then three sets of numbers which date this to about 1907. It has a dark patina and has not been polished. It has nice patina and measures about 3 7/8" in its shortest position.
