This old celluloid over metal pin back features the electric company advertising mascot Reddy Kilowatt. In the center of this colorful pin is Reddy with his hand raised as if to say; Stop! It reads; Reddy Kilowatt - Safety Club in the blue outer circle. On the back is a tension pin with a keeper on the end. This colorful old tin pin back button has a yellow bicycle in the center. It was for the Cycle Trades Safety League as it states with no other information. This old belt buckle is number 199 of a limited edition of 675. In the center is a BLS #2584 train engine. To either side of it is 1990 - 1991. The top and bottom of the buckle reads; Morrison Knudsen Boise Locomotive Shops - 500,000 Manhours No Lost Time. This must have been an incredible milestone for the construction company to have these fine belt buckles made.
