This old copper colored metal is a Track and Field Meet medal from Greater Peoria. On the front is a nicely detailed picture of a man, arms out stretched with a ribbon across his chest. To the side is the state of Illinois with an enameled heart with Peoria in the center of it. The back is engraved; Broad Jump, and lightly scribed is; 1st. This is a beautifully detailed old medal with two wrestlers in a hold on the front. It is made of a metal which is probably a brass alloy or bronze. On the back is a laurel sprig and at the bottom it has a logo presumably of the company which made it. It is difficult to make out but appears to read; CL MED. It is also inscribed 112 on the back.
