This small piece is an old watch fob advertising Hibbard Spencer Barlett & Company's O.V.B. Tools, Cutlery & Paint. The O.V.B logo is on one side of the axe head with their slogan; Our Very Best is the Very Best. On the other side it also has the logo and says; Highest Quality Special Silver Steel - Hibbard Spencer Barlett & Co - State Street Bridge - Chicago.
