The pictures do not do this piece justice. It is a pin from the 1940's and is most likely one from the WMCA, or White Metal Castors Association. It contains white rhinestones set in base metal. It is quite old, so does show signs of wear on the back, but from the front it is really a striking piece. It measures 1 1/2 by 1 inch.
