I have been selling online since 2004. You can check my sales and product reputation easily. My primary selling site has been through Ecrater I sell under my own name, Jean Chastain. You can also search for information about tizzyloucat, my frequently used screen name. I am a Google Merchant and a Paypal Merchant.

I sell EAPG, Elegant Depression, and Contemporary glass. I have an inventory with many Fostoria, Cambridge, Duncan Miller, and Heisey bowls, stemware, and plates as well as some glassware by contemporary makers. In addition, I have a large collection of Made in Japan kitchenware, tableware, and decorative ceramic items made by Otagiri, Lefton, Fitz & Floyd and others. Decorative collectible music boxes, vases, perfume bottles and other home decor accents are also available.

Items are accurately described and pattern names are correctly identified. Flaws, if any, are photographed and described. I have a library of glassware identification books, subscribe to a pattern glass identification service to help identify patterns, and belong to glassware groups who help identify patterns.

Shipping is prompt and all items are shipped with delivery confirmation number. Items are packed well to protect against breakage during shipping (bubble wrap and peanuts - not newspaper). When multiple items are purchased, shipping is combined without a per item charge assessment. Shipping is based on total weight to your zip code. I will ship flat rate or USPS priority, or FedX home only. With parcel post there is a greater chance your items will be broken. Insurance does not ever cover the actual cost of an irreplaceable item.

I offer many Otagiri items which can create a kitchen set. I will entertain REASONABLE offers whether or not the make an offer setting is checked. The more items you buy, the more you save on shipping costs. Some of the items can be discounted when purchased as a set. I try to price my items to be competitive with other similar items on the internet and my prices fluctuate with the current market value.
