Looks hand crafted but not marked as to maker or metal content ,, it is approx,2 3/4 inches tall from table to top if taped it Rings the thickness of the wall are not 100% the same and near the top there is a slight rim .. The opening is approx.6 inches .. the in side and out side has a polished metal feel but for the very center of the bottom that is slightly wavy and unpolished .. on the edge of the bowl at the edge of the fish there are marks much like chicle marks..
