Return Policy
This shop's Return Policy:
Please get in touch with us within 48 hours if there is a problem with the item you have received. We will discuss the issue with you and we will accept a return if the item has been misrepresented. If there is damage, again please let us know asap, so that we can file a claim through our 3rd party insurer. If after contacting us you need to return an item it MUST be shipped to our Canadian address and NOT to our USPS PO Box. The package needs to have Return for Credit on it. Do not return a damaged item. We will give you our full Canadian address at that time. If you have any other questions regarding this, please feel free to contact us.
