The only thing I can tell you for sure about this bracelet is: it belonged to my mother and she got it around 1955, so it is a piece of the past if you like to collect older jewelry. This is an empty Penn Champ lighter fuel, or fluid container. It has never been opened, but the contents have long ago evaporated. It is 5 inches high, 2 and 1/4 inch wide and 1 inch deep. The can is in excellent condition. Made in Butler Pennsylvania, Penn Champ was a division of Penn Corporation.
