This is like the pillbox hats of the early 1960's but with an added twist of a smaller bun like piece added to back. It is black velvet and has the Neiman Marcus label inside that says Made to Order. It has 2 side combs to keep it on and size is 18 ¼" inside hat brim. The hat is in excellent condition.

Love the pleated look to this beret tam. Small strips of a satin like material have been pieces together and topped at the top with a button. The side piece is very abstract and altogether this little hat says "Look at me!" without a lot of fanfare. Very unique with a black trim and a reddish brown as main color.
