This piece is made out of wood in the shape of a heart. It says "Thou shall not weigh more than thy ....refrigerator". I have had this sign for about 30 years and it WORKS. I have never weighed as much as my refrigerator. Few diets work but this little reminder will go a long way. Overall size is 9 ¼" x 7" x ½" in very good condition from front.
