Very nice addition for your bracelet or necklace, this charm (chain not included) features a young boy holding a heart. A sapphire accents the center of the heart, representing September as the birth month. It is 5/8" tall, 1/4" wide. Total length is 1", when adding the spring ring and bale. Exceptionally lovely open work piece, this marked 10K gold cross (necklace listed separately) features a unique center of a filigree floral or vine like design.
