This beautiful creature comes to you in a delicate silver filigree with a gold wash (vermeil) and alternating pink and blue enamel lightly covering the wings. This is a very nice dimensional piece that is very sturdy, notice the bracket on the back forming the base for the pin. Being unsure of its age, as pins such as these have been created over the years, but it reminds me of the Edwardian style of design. Feast your eyes on this sweet little piece. If you enjoy collecting and wearing figural fruit pins, this is a nice one to consider.
