Several years ago, I obtained a group of printer's blocks from Germany. The blocks had been used to print catalogs for a firm which distributed party favors and decorations for festivals, wedding receptions, birthday parties and various other celebrations. The German people love their festivals and parties. All the blocks are ornate and unusual. I would put these in the 1940-60s. This is very sweet!
