I was fortunate in obtaining some old copper German printer's blocks/letterman presses for party hats, garlands, noise makers, etc., which were used to print up catalogs. I don't know for sure what the period of time would be, but I would guess it was shortly after WWII. I originally believed this to be an Indian headband with feather, but was informed by a generous visitor to Ruby Lane that it is more likely a Glengarry regimental cap from Scotland.
