I was fortunate in obtaining some old copper German printer's blocks/letterman presses for party hats, garlands, noise makers, etc., which were used to print up catalogs. I don't know for sure what the period of time would be, but I would guess it was shortly after WWII. This large copper printer's block/letterman press is for three party hats in a row.
