We aim to please and will strive to respond to all orders within 24 hours. Our items are as stated and we offer you honest, detailed descriptions so you can buy with confidence. I am a fussy seller and if there is a flaw on an item, I will note it for your information. In the rare event I overlook an imperfection, I will do my best to make it right with you. We do tag or sometimes invisibly mark our offerings, so in the unlikely event you want to make a return it must be the same item as sent, in same condition with tags and/or marks intact. However, we know that you'll be happy with your purchase from us!
Return Policy
This shop's Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase so we offer a 2 day return from time received on any item that doesn't meet your expectations. We do want to note that if the listing says FINAL SALE, then there are no returns accepted for any reason. Please read each listing carefully to insure that a return is available on that item. There is a 15% restocking fee charged on all returns.
If you need to make a return you MUST email us to get a return authorization. We request this be done for any item you do not wish to keep. Without our prior knowledge of your intent to return, we may at our discretion, deny the return so please be sure to contact us prior to shipping an item back.
If an item is returned, you are responsible for the shipping and insurance both ways and this amount will not be refunded to you. Please Note: We will deduct our actual shipping and insurance cost from your refund if the item included a Free Shipping/Insurance offer.
On all returns send it First Class, Priority Mail or the method in which you originally received item from us. Package MUST be insured and we recommend using Delivery Confirmation on any USPS return. This is for your safety and to be sure the item's value is fully covered in case of damage or loss in transit. We will require proof of return if the item doesn't arrive here once you ship, so Delivery Confirmation or Delivery Confirmation Signature Required is a must when using USPS. This will make your parcel able to be tracked if lost. UPS and Fed-Ex automatically provide tracking and insurance up to $100 free on parcels. Remember, the return must be fully insured before you ship and no shipping costs (from us to you and from you to us) will be refunded in your payment.
