Our apologies: This section does not allow for formatted paragraphs. It will read like the fine print on a TV commercial. We're not trying to be obnoxious but need to emphasize certain sections. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that most but not all of our items are old and technically considered Used. We make every effort to describe in detail every little flaw that concerns our items. With that in mind, if your package arrived to you in damaged condition (thus possibly damaging the item) and shipping insurance was declined, we cannot issue a refund. However, if an insured item arrives to you from Milltown Collectibles in a condition other than what was reflected in our Item Description and accompanying photos, or an item was damaged due to a damaged package, simply contact us by email within three days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return for a refund: (A) of the purchase price if the item is part of a combo shipment, or (B) a full refund of the Purchase Order amount for single-item shipment. Include in your email the additional flaw(s) not listed for the item that you purchased from us. WE WILL ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR RETURN REQUEST usually the same day or at the most, the next day, unless our shop is in Vacation Mode. YOU MUST SHIP the item back to us within three days of our acknowledgment in this manner: (A) The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless otherwise agreed upon in our communications), IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, and (B) insured for its purchased price. WE SUGGEST the use of delivery tracking and delivery receipt for the odds of a more successful return. BUYER PAYS FOR return shipping and insurance, unless agreed upon otherwise between you the buyer and Milltown Collectibles. AFTER WE VERIFY the returned item has flaws other than what was described in the item description and pictures or have determined that the item was damaged as a result of a damaged package, we will issue a refund within three days from the arrival of your returned item.
