This adorable picture is of a cute little boy holding his puppy that he has dressed in blue jeans to match his own and with the proud mamma dog looking on. It is nicely framed and measures 10 1/4" by 13 1/4" and would be from 1930s to the 1950s. It is a signed print on textured board that was so popular back then.
