Our pledge to you is for you to have a safe, easy and pleasant shopping experience in our shop. All shops on Ruby Plaza are like "booths" in an antique mall - each one is individually owned and operated. We strive to have happy customers, and love our return customers!

We appreciate your visit to our shop! If you see an item you are interested in, feel free to add it to the shopping bag on each page. This will allow you to return to it easily, just by clicking on your shopping bag at the top of the page, after you are finished browsing through our shop, or through Ruby Plaza. Placing items into the shopping bag is NOT a commitment to purchase the items, but makes it easier to find them again.

To make a purchase, just click on "Add to Shopping Bag" on the item page. (If you are not already registered with Ruby Plaza, registration is quick and easy.) Fill in the necessary information on the purchase order form, submit it, and we will respond with an e-mail within 24 hours with your final total, as well as any other communication necessary to complete the transaction.

We can accept PayPal, checks, money orders or credit cards through PayPal. If you have trouble placing an order, or wish to place your order by phone, please feel free to call us - leave a message if we're not available.

All inquiries will be answered as soon as possible. If you need additional photos of an item, please e-mail.

We will confirm your order within 24 hours. Items will be shipped within 2 days of receipt of PayPal or Money Order payment. Please allow 7 business days for personal checks to clear.

While we are not "experts", we strive to accurately describe all items. We want to make your shopping experience with us very pleasant.
