Vintage porcelain Satsuma cracker/biscuit jar from the 1890-1920 period still in excellent condition. There is a small flake like chip on the inner part of the lid which is hard to see because of the porcelain's color. There is a few areas where some enamel paint has flaked off. The jar is 6 1/2" tall and 5 1/2" wide. Also, the jar rest on three feet. The decoration on the lid lines up with the decoration on the body. There are no cracks in the lid or body of the jar.
