This Favrene bell was made by The Fenton Art Glass Company in 2002. The pattern is called Magical Meadow and features horses inside a fence with overhanging trees. The sand carved design is silver on a cobalt background. It measures 6 1/2" tall. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks and is marked with the Fenton logo.
