This is a gorgeous heavy jeweled picture frame from the Italian company - Tizo. The front is jeweled with orange or rust and lime green jewels. This is an older piece, I think - probably made during the 1970s when these types of gold plated vanity pieces were common gifts. This one is 2 1/2" in diameter with fancy feet, and hinged glass top. I don't know much about this sort of thing except that it is very lovely. It was given to my aunt by a Chinese neighbor some years ago, and I have no idea how old it is. This is really a beautiful bead rosary. The blue pearlized beads are dimpled or indented in various places to reflect the light. I don't know if those kinds of beads have a name or not, but they are quite lovely. I believe they are some kind of plastic. The metal is silver colored, and there is Marian metal, and a beautiful metallic enameled crucifix. It is about 28" with a 5" drop from the metal. The crucifix is about 1 1/2" x 1".
