A ceramic serving platter of two roosters strutting their stuff amongst Tulips. Beaks wide open, the Chanticleers appear to be out crowing one another. The retro ceramic plate was produced in the 1950 - 60's, the age of modernistic art work. The oval ceramic dish measures 13-3/8" x 10", a great serving size. A Chanticleer ceramic plate with a brown Rooster produced in 1954 by Homer Laughlin. This vintage dish was made with the "Dura Print" method, and the Rooster has held up very well. He stands in a Cherry Tree, crowing at the world. This item was made in the USA. This plate is large in size, 10-1/4". It is a perfect serving dish for any entree. A ceramic Coffee Pot, mustard in color from the 1960's. The design covering the vintage coffee pot looks like a weaved grass mat was imprinted into the pottery. Tall with a long slender handle travels down the side. The original yellow label remains beneath reads "Royal Sealy ** Quality Imports Japan". This ceramic piece measures 8-3/4" x 3-1/2".
