This item is a very pretty rose transfer design decorative plate from Bavaria. This plate is in good condition - no chips, cracks, crazing or fleabites. I do find one bubble at the upper edge that is a manufacturing defect. This is shown in the pictures. The colors are vivid and show bright pink and red roses on a pale blue background.
