PLEASE NOTE: I'm usually fairly quick about answering emails and if I'm away there will always be a note in my shop, for you, about when I will return. When I get a purchase order I mail ASAP! I usually ship out three times a week, so you never have to wait long!

Discounts can USUALLY, but not always, be applied when purchasing multiple items. I will always have sales going on and I'm here to sell!!

VOILA specializes mostly in vanity items such as Perfume bottles, (my passion) mirrors, decorative boxes, and small collectibles to enhance the beauty of your home. Other items for sale, such as salt cellars, spoons, sewing items, and writing utensils to broaden and beautify your home collectibles. We will be adding more jewelry and fashion accessories, including antique buttons and baby doll shoes, as this shop grows. We also have wedding items that are new and used. The items in "Voila" are of very good quality and have eye appeal with reasonable prices! Most items are on sale!

You can find higher-end vintage and antique items in my other shop, "Time in a Bottle at Ruby Lane." So, stop for a while, relax, and check out my shops treasures...Enjoy!

We are always working to improve our shop. I will sell new and "newer" vintage items here with very reasonable prices in my new shop, "Voila!", on Ruby Plaza. I will continue to keep the antiques and higher-end items (but also reasonable prices) in my shop of 9 years, "Time in a Bottle", at Ruby Lane. So be sure to check out both! Lots of treasures which can always be found along with other UNIQUE and RARE items in these fun filled virtual stores!

If there is damage to an item or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days. We stand by Ruby Lanes guidelines for returned items. Disclaimer:
Unfortunately, I have to place a disclaimer on any perfume. Sadly, I've had perfume exchanged out before, then returned, and a few returns for the perfume because the 60 year old perfume is not quite up to snuff, or how someone remembers it. Therefore, I sell perfume bottles and some have perfume, some even unopened perfume. I'm sorry to have to do this. I understand that scent is a strong memory maker but I can't guarantee what I have not made or know the purity of the ingredients. Thank you for your kind understanding.
