Beautiful ashtray in the shape of a smoking pipe. Made by the Erwin Pottery Company of Erwin Tennessee. Erwin Pottery was founded in 1958 by Ray and Negatha Peterson. The Petersons worked for Blue Ridge Pottery before it went out of business in 1957. Handpainted in the gorgeous "Pine Cone" pattern by Thelma Garland, well known Blue Ridge artist.
