A cheerful and bright Aunt Jemima cracker jar made by Erwin Pottery of Erwin, Tennessee. Our Black Americana Mammy cracker jar is decorated with sweet little hand painted flowers. Erwin Pottery was founded in 1958. The founders, Ray and Negatha Peterson worked for Blue Ridge Pottery before it went out of business in 1957. A few years after Ray's death, Mrs. Peterson sold the business to Gary and Patsy Smith. Our cracker jar measures 8 3/4" high and 5 1/2" wide.
