Awesome porcelain scalloped bowl marked Nippon. The edges are gold trimmed. Double rows and scrolls of moriage intertwine with the hand painted flowers and leaves decorating this beautiful piece. Covered with a bright, clear glaze. The magenta mark on the bottom is Nippon #47. The M stands for the Morimura Bros. Imports. ca. 1911-1921. Our bowl measures 8 3/4" in diameter and 2" high.
