Elegant turquoise wading birds, on a crackle glaze background, grace the front of this Vintage Silberdistel West Germany Floor Vase. This is a fantastic vase from West Germany , from the Silberdistel company in Gevelsberg. This was probably made in the 1960s or 70s, as Silberdistel ('Silver Thistle' in German) was founded in 1947 and operated until 2004.
