Here's a great piece of English Blue Willow dinnerware. It's an oval vegetable bowl manufactured by the Charles Allerton & Son's pottery. Based on the mark on this piece, it was manufactured between the 1920's and the close of the pottery in 1942. The bowl is 9.25" long by 7.125" wide by 2" tall. Condition is excellent, there is moderate wear to the bottom and some utensil marks to the interior, but no chips cracks, stains, or crazing. Here's a great piece of English Blue Willow dinnerware. It's a round covered butter dish manufactured by the Charles Allerton & Son's pottery. Based on the style of dish, it was most likely manufactured in the 1920's or 1930's. This dish is actually a three part set consisting of a bottom bowl, a lid and a liner. The dish is 7" in diameter and 4.25" tall. Condition is excellent: there is a 0.125" long chip to the interior rim of the lid.
