Here's a great, large vintage Modern mixing or serving bowl from the Bennington Potters of Vermont. It is in their #1365 line, and has been glazed a beautiful mottled brown color. It dates the the 1970's or perhaps very early 80's. The bowl is stoneware. It is quite heavy, and it appears to be hand-thrown. It is also very heavy for its size.
